Freebie Trading Explained part 2....Finding the right Mentor

We have already discussed how to find a good forum, Now that you have, here are some tips to finding a good mentor. Your mentor will be the person who helps you get started, answers your questions and basically guides you through your first few steps into trading.
Once you have joined a forum, or even before if you like, make sure you read the rules of the forum. These are important, some rules have severe penalties if they are violated. Then start getting familiar with the forum, make an introductory post in the welcome section, most forums have one. Just say hi and if you feel like it, a little about yourself or why you chose to do freebie trading. Ok, you have broken the ice and introduced yourself, now what?
Now you start looking for that mentor. Some forums will assign a mentor to you, others will not. You do not have to accept this mentor, you can request another or find one on your own. No matter which way you go, you want to make sure that this person has your success in  mind.
You want to find someone who is willing to work with you, that you can feel comfortable working with. Look through the posts in the Resource section of the forum, most forums have one near the introductory section. Read some of the posts, doing this will get you started on learning as well as get a feel for the traders on that forum. While reading the posts, look at who the originator is of that post. You want to find a few posts that are by the same person and are written in a manner that helps you to understand what they are talking about. You also want to check their TR or Trade Rating, the higher the TR the more experience they have.
Some forums have a post limit before you can PM or Private Message a trader, so you can either make the necessary posts or you can reply to a trade thread. You will find their trade threads in the Trading section, under Cash4Ref trading. They have posted threads there to advertise to you what they have to offer, whether it be sites, instruction, etc. When you find one that you think will help you, reply in the trade thread that you are ready to start, or just ask a question. Always ask questions.
Remember, that you are not obligated to trade with any person until a trade agreement has been made. So if you find yourself uncomfortable with someone, find someone else to trade with. Always do one trade at a time. Do not let any trader tell you that you have to do more than that. One at a time is fast enough when you are starting. When I started I earned $110 my first night doing one trade at a time with a wonderful mentor. Never work with more than one trader at a time, this can cause confusion and problems along the way.
Once you have found a trader to work with I recommend that you do a couple of trades with that trader unless you are not comfortable. By doing a couple of trades with one person you will learn better and be more confident when moving on to other trades. My mentor was so good I did my first 10 trades with her. I hope you find a mentor like she was. Good Luck and Happy Trading.

Freebie Trading Explained part 1 Finding A Forum

Freebie trading is a legitimate business. As with any venture the more time and effort you put in the more you will get back. Freebie trading is no different. There are several ways to make money with freebie trading, there is cash for referral, referral for referral, or referral for other.
These are usually done through freebie trading forums. To choose a good forum, look around at some of the posts, do they have good information or are just saying good job.. Then look at the active members, some may have many members others not so many. Don't be fooled by the number of members, look at the active members. How many active members do they have compared to the number of members they have total. Members come and go, but the active members list can tell you a lot. Of the active members listed are they mostly newer members or members that have been there awhile. You  can tell this by the number of posts they have, or their trade ratings.
Another way to tell if it’s a good forum, is to read some of the posts. Are they informative, do they sound like they are actually out for your best interest.  Some will be out strictly to make money, others  will be out for your success more than the money. Check them out. It never hurts to check things out.
Basically, you want to get a feel for a forum. Does it feel like a good place to start, or is it confusing or misleading? Is everything where you can find it easily when you need it, or do you have to hunt for it? How have members questions been answered, was it quickly, concise, easy to understand or was it vague and confusing?  These are just some of the questions you should be able to answer when searching for a forum to trade on.
There are many forums out there trying to get you to join. Find the one that makes you feel comfortable using. After all, this is your business you are starting.  Yes, freebie trading is a business. One you build yourself, work yourself and enjoy yourself.  Take the time to make sure the forum you choose to start on will be comfortable to be on, and that it will provide a good start to your freebie trading career.
New or old a forum can provide the support and guidance to help you succeed. Whether it's a young forum, like Mountain Top Freebies or one that has been around for years, they can help you on your way to success.
